My name is Angie Wirth and I am the program director at Small World Childcare. We are licensed for 75 children at our main site and 54 children at our school age site. We have a staff of 27. I am a little confused because I was told at a Labor law training that because we are a non-profit we are not required to pay overtime. But according to your entry, it depends on the annual income of the individual.
