Hi Cara, It is nice to hear from you again. I was one of the students in the first ECA cohort at NLU. I work for a Head Start program in Southern Illinois. Without getting into an attorney's role - Is it legal for the interviewee to see the worksheets that were used to evaluate the candidates for a position? Is an employee able to see her personnel file?
