Cara, I am an Assistant Director at Plymouth Children's Center in Burlington, Wi. We have three centers with 25 employees. We are a not for profit organization. I am fairly new at this position and I was wondering if there is a publication about the legal steps taken to terminate an employee? If your employees are "at will" do you have to take steps to terminate a poor employee? Thank you.
