Dear Dawn: So what you are saying is that you are the only employee, right? If you go on vacation, do you get a substitute or does your center close down? If you are the only employee ever, I wouldn't worry about it. As long as there is anyone else working at any time at your home, technically you should be posting. However, ALL of the required postings -- both federal and Wisconsin -- are available for FREE (yes, we love free) by visiting the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development website. Just download the posters, tack them up, and get back to work!
