I appreciate your comments-I will advise her to go higher up as her supervisor lost her reimbursement slip to send in and doesn't want to send for another-she's very unorganized. As for her pay- she was told she didn't request more when she started and will get her .25 raise sometime this year. This is a well known daycare she works at and even though she loves the children she can understand why workers and children leave.
