We are exploring a new center in TX. What laws would apply to the use of camera monitoring of children, staff and visitors.

Any research on using them, for or against? How would I find these laws? .

We have forms that state by using the center one is subject to monitoring: parents and employees will sign this waiver. Signs will also be posted throughout the building.

Now can we use them is the case of improper conduct by employees or failure to adapt for children that need to be removed from the center
