You posed an easy question and a difficult one. The answer to the easy one: You can obtain required Illinois labor-related posters from the following website: www.state.il.us/agency/idol and then hit the link to "required posters." For federal posters, go to these two sites: www.dol.gov/osbp/sbrefa/poster/main.htm and www.dol.gov/osbp/sbrefa/poster/matrix.htm

Your question regarding the hiring of foreign nationals is much more complex. For starters you should look at the following website of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services: http://uscis.gov/graphics/faqs.htm and then look at the FAQs under "Employment". Remember, every worker in the U.S. must be able to substantiate his or her right to work in the U.S. and must fill out an I-9 form and present the required documentation within 3 days of employment. I strongly suggest you consult with an attorney who specializes in immigration law.

I don't know this individual and can in no way vouche for her abilities, but she is a Champaign attorney who represents herself as specializing in immigration law: Lynne R. Feldman of Erwin, Martinkus & Cole, Ltd. (217) 351-4040. Hope that helps!
