Those government agency representatives responsible for ensuring that an individual employee meets state physical requirements would be entitled to see only the medical records necessary to satisfy the state physical requirements. In other words, the director should provide to the licensing specialist only the relevant medical records. My concern is that other, non-relevant medical information might well be contained in the medical file, and the licensing specialist would not be entitled to see that information.
