A HUGE difference. Just remember, Lois, that plaintiffs' attorneys make their living parsing out the meaning of words and twisting ambiguous ones to their advantage. When I do management training, I remind managers that they should assume that anything they say and do, that can in any manner be connected to their work, may be subject to scrutiny down the road by an EEOC investigator, a judge or a jury. Isn't it fun being a grownup!?
