Hello! I am currently a Director of a very large center in North Chicago. We currently serve over 443 children daily and have a faculty of about 110. I really have appreciated your feedback on documentation. This area has been a sharp focus of our center and company human resources department for the past year. We have found through traial and error that it is crucial.
