My problem is that I spend a fortune training new staff and then they quit, is there any way I can recoup some of these expenses. Most of my employees are low income and don't have the finances to pay for classes, but If I have to pay them wages for over 50 hours the first year alone for required classes, I just don't have the money for paying for the classes too. Any suggestions?
