Cara,

I have a question about relating to wage and hours while an employee is on worker's comp. I have an employee that was authorized to return to work 30 hours per week. As he has therapy 3 times per week, I told him he could adjust his schedule to get 6 hours per day. On the days he has therapy, he is only working 5 hours per day. i told him he must use paid time off for that hour per day, if he does not work. Do you feel this is legally correct?

Thanks, Theresa
