Cara, My apology for previous messages! We had some problems with the power. I am the Human Resources Director for Mary Linsmeier Schools, Inc. We have 24 locations in Wisconsin and serve about 750 families.

My question is regarding an employee on Worker's Comp. We have an employee that has been cleared to work 30 hours per week. He has therapy 3 times per week. I told him he could adjust his hours to insure he has 6 hours per day. He is, however, only working 5 hours per day on the days he has therapy. I told him he would have to use paid time off for the three hours per week. Do you feel this is correct?

Thank you.
