I have worked in the Chicago area and at that time we believed that the organization documented well activities and a atittude problem from a employee. From are perspective the employee had reached a point that they could not perform their job because of the atittude they displayed infront of children, parents and staff. We also have provided training for this employee in the area of anger management. For one year, we were unsuccessful to get this employee to to perform at a positive level as it relate to her atittude in childcare. Finally, after we terminated her the organization lost at the hearing and had to pay unemployment conpensation.
