My summary of the conference that was most meaningful to me was the workshop entitled'"Leading for Literacy: Tips, Activities and Games for Staff Training". The instructor Holly Seplocha gave insights on several ways to enhance staff meetings through literacy activities such as games, props, stories and literacy topics. After attending this workshop I will implement these strategies in my staff meetings that I will be conducting at the center.
