Overall, the Leadership Conference was an excellent resource. The workshops I attend that I found would help me in my everyday "Best Practices" were: "Way is Recruitment So Hard" and "Who Is In Control". Both of these workshops provided me with helpful techniques to improve my leadership abilities. For example, I never thought about taking vacant job postings with me to meetings with colleagues and asking them to assist me by referring someone they knew or someone they felt was a good canidate, however, they did not meet the criteria for there program. I have learned that "Communication" is the key to success. All programs have been faced with similar issues, therefore, call other centers in your community and network.
