Ericka and Aisha, I also attended Dr. Albrecht's informative session on recruitment. I was very interested in her discussion of "fit." Because of the immediate need for staff, programs often don't consider whether the candidate will be a good match for the program. I would like to believe that we as a profession are about to turn the corner on this critical issue.
