Overall, the conference has enhance my knowledge of more resources and programs that are available to help me and my staff grow in professional development. I am always looking for resources to enhance the center, staff, and parents. I have learned that working with other agencies will benefit the center and community. Our center has partnerships with different agencies and we network together to achieve goals.
