Like many of you, this was my first Leadership Connections conference. I second Anne's comment on organization and attention to detail.

If I had to give my personal conference experience a name, it would be "tangents" or, perhaps, "piggybacking". In every session, in every conversation in the hallway, my interactions with presenters and participants sent my thinking on a side trip. Rather than causing me to think of bold new initiatives, my conference experience generated ideas for expanding and tweaking what I'm already doing. Following through on many of these ideas will not be difficult and could have a substantial impact on the ECE professionals with whom I work. Thanks to all who worked so hard to offer these experiences to us. Diana
