As I look back at the conference the most meaningful session I attended would have been the Family Child Care Professional Development and Accreditation, by Kathy Modigliani. I am the director of a Home Network. It was interesting to see the amount of family child care providers that wanted to learn more on the different types of professional development to enhance quality in the family child care setting. I brought home with me a lot of new strategies for implementing administrative support to our family child care providers, pertaining to quality.
