This was the third time that I attended the Leadership Connections Conference and was once again tremendously impressed with the quality of the presentors as well as the keynote speakers. I look forward to Leadership Connections because the workshop sessions provide for a wide variety of training subjects and most are presented for directors or supervisors. Most of our local trainings are presented for classroom teachers, and even though I attend them, having trainings for directors is much more meaningful for me and my professional development. Although I have attended Leadership Connections three times, this is the first time that I am taking college credit with the conference and am looking forward to completing the assignments.
