I attended the session on Male Involvement, the presenter introduce new ideas and projects to involve male in our programs.As a new director to my center, this was one area that was during our self-assessments of the program. The ideas and the positive approaches that was discuss in this workshop, has enable me to share it with my co-workers, so that we can expand our male involvement in the center, One of the ideas, that was very interresting is that we need more magazines, that are for males, so when, they are reading these magazines, its a good place to put notices about the center and reminders that we need their input into the center. I am creating a plan for next program year how these ideas and projects can expand our male involvement program. I am looking forward to start this project this September, I am happy that I was able to attend this conference to bring back these ideas for my center
