I felt like the overall conference was great. This was my first EC conference at this level. It was very evident that a lot of planning went into to making this event a success. It takes many hands to lighten this load. Hats off to Donna. From the start of the year long tcc prgm until now, things have been well organized. The information has helped me to become a better director. The conference allowed me to return back to the organization and share with my staff the new insight that I had rec'd while attending. I told several of them that the thread that seem to be so evident throughout the conference was "collaboration." To be successful at growing teachers, enhancing your program, engaging with the community, marketing family relationships...... all takes a collaborative approach. Thanks to those who made this a conference where you can actually take back what you've learned and apply it.
