I sure can. I should of written Principles versus step. Bev's process is built on inquiry, making hte process collaborative through invertigation. The first Principle is having individual set their own goals for development. As Bev puts it the superivsee is in the driver's seat (empowerment). The second principle links the supervisee's goals to the program philosophy and program wide goals. The supervisor is in the passenger seat as a navigator. The third principle is where the supervisor offers assistance and provides resources to assist in meeting each individual's goals and is strong with follow through which is the key to making this process work. The last principle is the process of regular supervision meetings that are scheduld to discuss and evaluate how the process is going, to see if refinement needs to be done and to maintain support for ongoing proefessional development.
