The most meaningful conference was leading for Literacy, Presenter Holly Seplocha. During the Workshop, we explored through, activities, games, stories and other strategies in which we could train and enhance teacher's skills in fostering literacy development in the classroom.

Ms. Seplocha handouts indicated selected Internet resources that would be helpful during many staff trainings that includes warm-up activities, literacy workshops, creative training closures, etc. Most importantly, I like the fact that using quotes can be modeled before, during, and after the workshop.

Many points that were reflected upon were the following: 1.Communications/Adult Learning 2. Self-Expression 3. Addressing learning Styles (No matter what you teach, learning will respond in diverse ways)
