Hello, my name is Tammie and I am "sort of" new to this field. I have been licensed as a Family Childcare provider for two years. I am now working on the masters program.

I think process is very important. Process is the "actual learning phase". It is during this time that the child (and adults) are constructing the foundation for knowledge. We get to make "mistakes and failures" to test the methods. I think that it is very important that we ecourage, encourage, encourage during the Process so that children don't give up before the product. They also have to learn that process is the time and effort piece of learning.
