my name is bobbie dickens and I am a Site director ofthe South Side YMCA located at 6630 s. Stony island Chicago, IL 60637. I am site Director of the Head Start and School Age Program. I am a partivpant in Go For the Gold Project to obatin my director's Credential.

To answer the questions that were presented: What does process have to do with learning? I believe that process is a preparation or a step toward completing a project and learning is the mastering or understaning the project after preparation.
