Hi Keith,

I am the Director of Early Childhood Programs for a large social service agency in CT. I attended both your sessions at the Leadership Connections Conferece last month, and so many of the things I learned are still rattling around in my brain!

I agree with Michelle that "the process is the product". I believe that learing happens over a lifetime. Real learning occurs when children internalize information that they discover when they are curious about something and have the opportunity to explore and come to conclusions.This type of learning is intrinsic. It is very different then being given the information or answers from an adult.
