Children learn through observation. They engages in an environment by exploring and learning. I believe that children process mode of learning is through observation.

We also learn and process through observation and participation.

Children are sometimes are labeled based on what we see. Whether they are happy, sad or content.

Our job is a process. We continue to take the necessary steps to accomplish a task or project. I am more comfortable with the process and product because it is a process to complete a product.
