Hi! I am Julie Allen, and am the director of Skip-A-Long Child Development Services in Moline, IL. Our center is licensed for 235 children, ages 6 weeks through 12 years. I work for the same agency as Malia Owens, who directs our Home Child Care Network (and has already posted).
I agree with Michelle that process is the product. Reaching the next developmental level is a process adn then the process begins over again with the next developmental level and the cycle continues. Adults are also in this cycle of beginning a process to reach a product and reaching different levels and then starting over again with a new process.
