I agree with Michelle and wanted to add that as adults now, we did not learn by going through a process-based education. Instead we are from the product based generation so it is really a paradigm shift of thinking for us. I think we can become very frustrated with the process approach but as consumers or educators of children, it is through teaching children that we have learned to appreciate process based education. I am Anne Mead from CT. I direct an agency, currently teach adult education as one of my role but I was a center teacher and director.
