Hi Keith,

I'm in the midst of writing a paper on this very important topic. Could you site specific research studies related to brain development and the importance of play, project approach, and/or Vygotsky's work?

I have the NPR article titled, "Old fashioned Play Builds Serious Skills" which is a great article to share with parents in support of the importance of play. But, I'd like some hard core research to strengthen my position. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
