What's Process got to do with it?

What does "process" in your experience have to do with learning? (Or, to modify and borrow from Tina Turner, "What's process got to do with it?")

I personally, enjoy the anology of comparing process to love...primarily because love is an on-going process, evolving, changing, shifting, new and old at the same time. The process of learning is ever changing "You" and the way you respond to the envirionment and situations around you.

What or how do you feel during times of process? During times of process I am questions, examining and struggling with the change and growth the "process" is bringing about. I recognize that all change does not "feel good" and that I may not accept the process change until it has been completed.

Is process product? Not all process can be product.
