I feel that the terms, "schedule" "order" "structure" " choice time" , etc are so subjective that I feel we fall into a trap.

What is best practice? Are we implementing/ and or practicing it? Are we reaching out for support to better understand early childhood development? Our are we thinking and saying that we are providing many choices when actually we are providing 45 minutes of center time?

I feel that as a field we need to come together to educate teachers and staff of what choices/ play/ observations/ strong relationships and children directed activities should look like.
