Hello, I am a director of a faith-base childcare center. I am relatively new to the EC field.

I agree with much of what has already been said. When I think of "what does process have to do with it" I think of the phrase " Learning is repeating, repeating until learning takes place." To me the repeating is the process. When a child is given the opportunity to explore, he finds multiple ways of exploring, which to me defines the process and once learning takes place then the child is left with the product or the learning. This cycle of learn is repeated through the life time of the child.
