I believe our job/work is a process; however, must of us look at our work as the product something to do. I may not enjoy my position at work but I believe I have the internal drive , intrinsic motivation to do the best at whatever I do. Having the position as Program Manager, I am learning the difference between "managing people" and "leading people" and it has been a process and continues to be learning process. Over the years, I have viewed my position as a wonderful learning experience probably because I went through a process of learning.

For children, their environment should be stimulating and just full of interecting materials to stimulate the learning process for them and keep the learning process activated for them.
