Hi all,

I am a supervisor of 18 teachers and assistants. I continue to struggle with how to teach them "new" (old) ideas - that for the children it is the process and not the product - especially with art. My program has struggled with using crafts as art. This last year I went to a process art workshop and found myself nodding along. It's everything that I believe in. Now I just need to find a meaningful way to convey the information to the teachers and to the parents....Hands-on perhaps?

I know I do better learning, interacting with people face to face and hands-on. I just need to make sure I am doing the same with my teachers.
