I get what both of you are saying, and I agree that there is a continual process of learning. However, I must disagree with you where you say that the process is the product.

Within the process of learning, as you said Michelle, a person obtains a skill or reaches a goal. What that person has learned or attained is the product, but I believe the process of learning is still just the process.
