Hi Holly,
I enjoyed your lisening to you at Leadership Connection. When any one call me and ask for information regarding a former staff I do not disclose to much information. I verify whether are not the person work at my site, the start date of employment and end date of employment. Should one be constant with this?
I believe that by diclosing the dates of employment it self should be useful to the future employer. I am not free to state whether or not I would rehire the former employee.
