Hi,

I am a family child care provider. I have two employees. I do know from my previous business experience that the amount of information that I can provide as a reference for a previous employee is limited to position title and dates of employment.

I really like what was previously suggested about asking the employee to sign a release to provide a reference. I think I will use that in the future.
