Ms. Trupti!

I am very happy to hear how interconnected you felt during the conference. Isolation is one of the snowiest aspects of being a director of an independent center. That's why Directors' Support Groups are invaluable. Is anyone involved in one?

Some of these groups are fortunate to find funding to hire a PT administrator to take care of all the details like location, refreshments, agendas, etc. A few groups hire a professional to facilitate the discussions, keep the topics fresh, prevent anyone from dominating, and engage everyone on her/his own terms.

Isolation is lonely and steals our energy. Your reflection, Trupti, reminds me of how much we help one another, just by connecting. Thanks.
