Thanks, Holly Elissa, for inviting me to climb abroad this rapidly moving train on legal and ethical issues in ECE. I've read the whole string and what kept coming to my mind was why I didn't last long as a director. That was the hardest job I ever had! Everything else has been easy since then. I really admire all you director folks out there who are still at it. Without you our early care and education system would just fold in on itself and collapse. Keep up the good work.
