That's interesting because I worked for a company once and they stated that as long as I have documentation that the employee's work performance was terrible they wouldn't have to pay the unemployment. The current company I work with now tries to evaluate staff while they're on probation to keep from paying into unemployment.

So my question is how do employeers get out of paying unemployment?
