Holly that is a great question because I was going through the policy manual of my new job and there is nothing there about that but all of my previous employeers had that policy. I would love to have that in writing so when I update the manual it can go in there. I didn't know that the center could be sued I just always thought the employeers just didn't want us to babysit for parents, thanks for the new insight.
