Good question Maria our policy is that whoever enrolls the child is responsible for all signatures on the paperwork unless they give permission for the other parent permission. We have also stated that once father's name is listed on the forms the mother can't remove them unless they have a court order. We had a lot of parent's mad at each other and we were constantly adding and deleting names so if the father has a birth certificate with his name we have to allow him into the center unless something is being done through the courts.
