Nothing like really jumping in huh!!!! This is some heavy stuff and I am so glad for you all it is Holly that is guiding you all through this. For me the transition from teacher to director was one of the most difficult I have ever experienced. The three most inportant things I have learned to be effective is...... policy, policy and policy (Holly did I learn that from you??????)

I see you only have one week together so my advise would be if there is any policy you dont have (including a policy for when you don't have a policy), is archaic, or you just want to review get it out here.
