Buzz, great to hear from you.
Are you willing to share your experience with telling your staff they had to give up smoking to stay in your employ?
As I recall, you found persuasive research that children are adversely affected by smoke residue in a caregiver's hair and clothing.
You also had a number of staff who were long-term smokers. You took a stand. Want to tell us how this all came out?
Are other folk interested? Buzz took a stand and followed through.
