This was a big issue for me when the laws changed. When I took over as director, all of me teaching stafff was exempt which was nice. Now, my agency has defined exempt as only those in supervisory roles such as myself and my Child Development Specialist. The overtime issue has really impactedmy budget. I also have one non-exempt staff who continues to work on the weekends at home and tells me this-how do I handle this?
