Would Baptiste be able to perform the dutie of the job? Every employee interviewed for the position would be informed of the task of the job. As an infant teacher wouldn't that include lifting a child for diapering, etc. Would you not be able to ask Baptiste would she be able to perform these tasks?

I had a staff member who fell asleep on the job. She then informed me that she was on psychotropic medication which made her fall asleep. Our legal department gave me a form to be given to her doctor with all the duties of the job listed (including supervision of children). She never returned.
