Thanks so much for joining us and for sharing your experience on this sticky topic.

We have also been looking at the question of

"What are your state's (and program's) policies on the rights of employees to access their personnel files?"

I am interested to find out if there is some commonality about this. We have discussed the difference between these rights and the rights provided federally by the Freedom of Information Act. That Act applies to our right to get information from the government about their possible files on us.

If you wish, can you tell us your experience on that topic too?
